Class Cancellation & Refund Policy

Class fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to reserve your spot.

Cancellation by Student

• Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the class date will receive a full refund in the form of a store credit.
• Cancellations made 7 to 13 days prior to the class date will receive 50% of class fee back in store credit.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the class are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

Class sizes are limited, and advance notice is required to allow time to fill open seats. We appreciate your understanding.

While we understand that unexpected situations arise, all cancellation and refund policies apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.

No-Shows

• No refunds or store credits will be issued for no-show students.

Supplies

• Most supplies purchased for classes are eligible for a 15% discount. Please let us know at checkout that your items are for a class. 
• Supplies already purchased for a class are subject to our standard return policy for products and materials.

Class Cancellations by My Quilty Pleasure

• If a class is cancelled by My Quilty Pleasure, students will receive a full refund.
• Classes cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled.
• If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may choose a full refund or store credit.

Cash Refunds

• If the original payment was made in cash, you may receive a cash refund.
• Cash refunds must be arranged in advance so funds are available.
• Cash refunds must be picked up within 14 days. After 14 days, the refund will be issued as store credit only.

Missed Classes

• Classes missed due to student absence will not be rescheduled or made up at a later time.

Late Policy

Classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time.

• Students are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to set up their sewing machine and ensure they have all required supplies listed in the class description.
• Unless otherwise stated, all supplies are the responsibility of the student.
• Students who arrive 15 minutes or more late may remain in the class but may not be able to fully participate. Instructors are not able to re-teach missed material.
• Refunds or credits will not be given for late arrivals or no-show students.
